Residential and Commercial Services

• offers quarterly (4 visits) service agreements to residential properties. Licensed
  applicators will provide regular service to contracted customers.   

• offers a one-time Exterior Barrier Application for stinging insects during the seasonal period of
  April – Sept.  See the  Exterior Barrier Program Form for specific details of this limited program.

• offers one time treatments for common household pests, including ants, spiders, centipedes/millipedes, rodents, bees/wasps/yellow jackets, cockroaches, flies, gnats, ladybugs, bedbugs, termites, etc.

•  offers a yard application for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.  

• offers monthly or quarterly service for commercial and industrial environments. Licensed applicators will
  provide regular service and inspections to contracted customers.

• offers full service Wood Destroying Insect inspections for all real estate transactions.
  Licensed Inspectors complete a very comprehensive inspection both inside and outside of the subject property.
