Our Residential Services

Protect Your Home From Unwanted Pests

Whether you're dealing with ants in the kitchen, spiders in the basement, rodents in the attic, or seasonal pest activity, our experienced technicians provide safe, effective, and customized treatments for your home.

Exterior Barrier Application

Protect your home with a single exterior application performed using a professional power spray rig. We focus on common insect harborage areas, including windows, doors, soffits, eaves, thresholds, foundations, and exterior cracks and crevices.

This spring/summer spray helps deter wasps and hornets from nesting on your home. If nests do appear, we’ll remove them at no additional charge through the second week of September.

Overwinter/Fall Application

Timing is everything when it comes to fall pest control. Get your perimeter treatment in place before insects start moving indoors in search of winter shelter. Cooler temperatures and shorter days trigger this seasonal migration, making early treatment the most effective defense.

This application is applied using our power spray rig to common insect harborage areas, including windows, doors, soffits, eaves, thresholds, foundations, and exterior cracks and crevices.

Mouse/Rat Control

Rodents can enter a home regardless of the season.

If you’ve seen a mouse, found droppings, or heard scratching behind walls, there’s a good chance you’re not dealing with just one rodent. Mice and rats reproduce quickly, and what starts as a minor nuisance can rapidly become a serious infestation.

Rodents contaminate food, spread bacteria, damage insulation, and can even chew electrical wiring, creating potential fire hazards. The longer a rodent problem is ignored, the more costly and difficult it can become to eliminate.

Ant Treatments

Finding ants inside your home can be frustrating, but not all ants are the same. Some, like pavement ants, invade kitchens and pantries in search of food, while others, like carpenter ants, can damage wooden structures and indicate underlying moisture issues.

Our professional ant control services are designed to identify the species, eliminate active colonies, and help prevent future infestations.

Stinging Insect Nest Removals

Stinging insects can quickly turn your home into an unsafe environment. Whether you have wasps nesting under your eaves, hornets in a tree, or yellowjackets underground, our trained pest control technicians provide safe and effective nest treatment and removal services.

We locate the source of the infestation, eliminate active colonies, and help prevent future nesting activity so you can enjoy your property with peace of mind.

Carpenter Bee Treatments

Carpenter bees are excellent pollinators, but over time they can cause significant damage to decks, siding, fascia boards, fences, pergolas, porches, and other wooden structures.

Unlike termites, carpenter bees do not eat wood. Instead, they tunnel into wood to create nesting galleries where they lay eggs and raise their young.

Many homeowners focus on eliminating the bees but overlook the importance of repairing the nesting holes. Open galleries can attract future carpenter bees, allow moisture intrusion into wood, and encourage additional pest activity.

Quarterly Residential Services

BugBuster’s exterior quarterly pest control program is designed to help reduce the likelihood of pest infestations through proactive inspections, monitoring, and targeted treatments based on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles.

This service provides protection against many common household pests, including:
Wasps, Hornets, Pavement ants, Carpenter ants, Silverfish, Spiders, Centipedes, Millipedes, Stinkbugs, Earwigs

Our application¹ is applied to common insect harborage areas, including windows, doors, soffits, eaves, thresholds, foundations, and exterior cracks and crevices.
¹The winter application is applied only to the foundation.

Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) Inspections

Purchasing a home is a major investment, and hidden damage from wood-destroying insects can lead to costly repairs after closing. Our professional Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections help buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders identify evidence of current or past insect activity before completing a real estate transaction.

We provide thorough inspections and detailed reports so you can move forward with confidence.

Bedbug Inspection/Treatment

Waking up with bites? Finding suspicious bugs in your bed? Losing sleep worrying about an infestation spreading through your home?

If you suspect bed bugs, every day you wait gives them more time to spread. Bed bugs reproduce quickly, hide in the smallest cracks, and are extremely difficult to eliminate with store-bought products.

We provide professional bed bug treatments that target bed bugs where they hide, helping you reclaim your home and your peace of mind.

Spider Treatment

Finding spiders on your ceilings, in corners, around windows, or crawling across the floor can make your home feel uncomfortable. While most spiders are harmless, no homeowner wants to deal with webs, egg sacs, and unexpected encounters throughout the house.

Our interior treatments target cracks, crevices, corners, and other areas where spiders rest and travel.  Then we create a protective barrier around the home’s exterior, helping reduce spider activity before spiders make their way inside.

Cockroach Inspection/treatment

Cockroaches are more than just an unpleasant sight. As they move through homes, they can pick up and spread bacteria and other contaminants onto surfaces where food is prepared and stored.

Cockroaches are known to:

  • Contaminate food and kitchen surfaces
  • Trigger asthma and allergy symptoms
  • Produce unpleasant odors
  • Hide in difficult-to-reach areas
  • Reproduce rapidly
  • Survive in a wide range of conditions

Because cockroaches are primarily nocturnal, homeowners often underestimate the size of an infestation.

Yard Application

Your backyard should be a place to relax, entertain, and enjoy time with family and pets, not a place where mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks ruin every outdoor activity.

If you’re constantly swatting mosquitoes, worried about ticks on your pets, or dealing with flea problems in your yard, professional yard treatments can provide the relief you need.

Fly Treatment

Many homeowners see flies indoors and assume they’re all the same. In reality, different species require different control methods.

House Flies
Often associated with garbage, pet waste, food preparation areas, and organic debris.
Cluster Flies
Often enter homes during the fall while searching for overwintering sites in wall voids and attics.
Blow Flies
May indicate a dead rodent, animal carcass, garbage issue, or other decaying organic material nearby.

Identifying the fly species allows us to target the true source of the infestation instead of simply treating the flies you see.

Flea Inspection/Treatment (Interior)

Many homeowners are surprised to learn that the fleas they see represent only a small portion of the infestation.

A typical flea infestation consists of:

  • Adult fleas
  • Eggs
  • Larvae
  • Pupae (cocoons)

While adult fleas live on pets and bite people, most of the flea population is often hidden deep within carpets, rugs, pet bedding, upholstered furniture, and cracks along baseboards.

This is why flea infestations often persist despite repeated vacuuming or over-the-counter treatments.
